Common questions
What counts as a published asset?
A published asset is a Salesforce report or dashboard that you've given a public or private embed URL through DashyCast. Each one you publish counts toward your plan limit.
What is the DashyCast badge?
Free plan embeds show a small 'Powered by DashyCast' link in the corner of every chart. Pro and Enterprise plans remove it entirely.
What does 'minimum refresh interval' mean?
When you publish an asset, you set how often DashyCast fetches fresh data from Salesforce. The free plan minimum is 1 hour — meaning data refreshes at most once per hour. Pro unlocks 1-minute intervals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your org settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to free automatically.
What happens to my embeds if I downgrade?
Existing embeds continue to work. If you're over the free tier's asset or member limits after downgrading, you'll see a warning in the app to bring your usage back into compliance. No embeds are broken automatically.
